Meeting Information
Club meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month,
September thru May, in the Schroer Room overlooking
the beautiful grounds of Rolling Hills Country Club. During
the months of January and February the Club meets at
Archie & Clydes in Newburgh as Rolling Hills is closed.
Members check in and socialize from 10:30-11:00am. The
business meeting begins at 11:00 with a short program and
lunch following. Members are contacted via email or phone,
whichever they choose, to confirm their attendance and
reservation for lunch. Reservations must be made by
6pm, the Wednesday preceding the luncheon. Guest
reservations not cancelled will be billed to the member,
as are standing reservations not cancelled by the
deadline. Members who cannot stay after the business
meeting may decline the lunch reservation or request their
lunch to go.
