Vendor Application and Instructions

We wish to invite you to consider participating in the Women’s Club of Newburgh 29th Annual Arts and Crafts Festival to be held Saturday, February 25th, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Castle High School in Newburgh, Indiana.

We ask that each application be accompanied by 3 or 4 photos to enable us to jury the booths participating.  Any application submitted without pictures will NOT be considered.  Only artists or craftspeople selling their own works will be eligible to participate.  No baked goods will be allowed.  A jury will view the photos and make their selection based on originality, artistic conception, and the quality of workmanship.

If you are interested in participating please submit an application.  You will receive a confirmation letter or your check returned.  Cancellations after February 15, 2022 risk losing their chosen booth space for the following year.  No refunds.

Although many past participants will apply again we are constantly seeking new applicants so that this year’s event will have the highest quality arts and crafts.  Please click on the link below to get an entry form then mail your application, photos, and a check for your booth requirements to:
