Meeting Information

All club meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month, September through May, in the Schroer Room overlooking the beautiful grounds of Rolling Hills Country Club. During the months of January and February, the Club meets at a different location as Rolling Hills is closed. Members check in and socialize from 10:30-11:00 a.m.  The business meeting begins at 11:00 with a short program and lunch following.  Members are contacted via email to confirm their attendance and reservation for lunch.  Reservations must be made by 6:00 p.m., the Wednesday preceding the luncheon.  Members may bring guests to meetings with the only exception being the March meeting.  Members who cannot stay after the business meeting may decline the lunch reservation and pay a $5.00 setup fee or request their lunch to go.
