General Meeting Information
All meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month and take place at Rolling Hills Country Club, except January and February will be at PrimeTime. All meetings except March will be open to guests this year. Check in and socialize from 10:30-11 a.m. The business meeting begins at 11 a.m., with the program and lunch following. Reservations or cancellations must be made by Tuesday at 6 p.m. preceding the luncheon. Guest reservations not cancelled will be billed to the member, as will Standing Reservations not cancelled by the deadline. Members who cannot stay after the business meeting may decline the lunch reservation and pay a $5.00 setup fee or request their lunch to go.
Board Meeting Information
Board meetings generally will be held the fourth Tuesday of each month at Rolling Hills Country Club, except January and February will be held at PrimeTime. Board members will be notified in advance if there is a change to the information below. Meetings will begin at 10:30 a.m.
